We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your vacation rental booking with Tatil Kiralıkları. The applicable cancellation tier is displayed on each property listing at the time of booking.
Cancellation Tiers
Each property on our platform is assigned one of the following cancellation tiers by the property owner/manager:
Flexible
- More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund minus service fees.
- 7-14 days before check-in: [X]% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: [X]% refund of the total booking amount.
- No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund.
Moderate
- More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus service fees.
- 14-30 days before check-in: [X]% refund of the total booking amount.
- 7-14 days before check-in: [X]% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
Strict
- More than 60 days before check-in: [X]% refund of the total booking amount.
- 30-60 days before check-in: [X]% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account on our platform.
- Navigate to "My Bookings" and select the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm your cancellation.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email with refund details.
Alternatively, you may contact our support team through the contact page to request a cancellation.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Service fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a platform error or the property owner cancels.
Property Owner/Manager Cancellations
If a property owner/manager cancels your booking:
- You will receive a full refund, including all service fees.
- Our team will assist you in finding a comparable alternative property.
- The property owner/manager may be subject to penalties as outlined in our host agreement.
Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of documented extenuating circumstances (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, serious illness with medical documentation), we may offer exceptions to the standard cancellation policy. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Modifications Instead of Cancellation
Before cancelling, consider modifying your booking. Date changes or guest count adjustments may be possible depending on property availability. Modifications may be subject to price adjustments.
